LOVE LOVE LOVE

I started taking this prenatal in preparation for my second pregnancy. We got pregnant on the first try! I only had a couple days of morning sickness--who knows if it was related, but I've heard there's recent research on increased B6 supplementation can help. My favorite part of this prenatal is the high amount of choline. I don't love the 8 pills, but it's definitely worth it for the choline and benefits on brain health for baby. I've continued to take this prenatal postpartum (which I didn't do after my first pregnancy) in addition to significantly increasing my protein intake, and I've noticed overall that my physical health seems to be a lot better this time around. I'm stronger in the gym, have more stress resilience, and have an overall better mood mental state. I can't say for sure that it's all related to the prenatal, but I'm sure it's not hurting :)

So far so good!

I started taking these prenatals on January 1 of this year in preparation of TTC. My husband and I just got pregnant in our first cycle trying! 8 capsules is a lot but I split my dose up throughout the day - 2 first thing in the morning, 2 with lunch, 2 mid afternoon, and 2 with dinner. I work from home so this is convenient for me to do. I was worried the zinc would make me sick since it usually does on its own on an empty stomach, but these do not make me feel sick at all. I love that these have everything I need to support our developing baby (other than DHA which I take separately). My nails have been growing faster since starting them. I also like the subscription option so I don't have to think about ordering before I run out. Shipping to Canada is pretty quick, too. They are pricy but quality supplements are important to me. Overall I'm really happy with the quality and experience!

Best Prenatal

9 mos PP and have taken this throughout pregnancy and now PP. no issues with nutrient depletion and energy is up even while exclusively breastfeeding. I can take it any time of day and even on a full stomach and NO issues. Sure 8 caps is a lot but this is a lot easier to take than other PN vitamins I’ve tried (and I’ve tried a few with my B12 and methylation issues). LOVE Fullwell and am so thankful for the formulation, has helped me stay replete all this time!

I love that every bottle is tested for contaminants and heavy metals! Great prenatal that gives me peace of mind that I'm not poisoning my baby!
